As you know if you been reading some of my past posts, medical qigong fits right in as personal gout treatment in my little War on Gout. If you’ve started experiencing gout attacks, it’s years of mismanagement and abuse that have finally spilled over. From my little bit of experience and what I’ve already gathered from Marcus, whether you are just practicing qigong or thinking in terms of medical qigong, this is an excellent way to improve your physical and mental health.
I didn’t know there was such a thing as “medical qigong”. I’ve done a little Qigong over the years and have always told myself I will commit to it, study it and be good at it some day. I came across this video by this English bloke, Marcus Santer. It is not specifically about medical qigong but he’s got a nice offer going on that I want to help him promote:

If I Use Medical Gigong…
…what can I expect? Here is what Marcus claims:

- Decrease stroke and mortality rates
